Simple old Chum, I have tuned the Sonic Batpole to the frequency used by The Penguin to control his robot Giant Penguins and overloaded their circuits.

Now for some hands on law enforcement! SMASH! @#%$! POW!

The Cowardly Bird attempts to flee with that Brave Bird Robin on his tail.  As Batman and Batgirl put the bag on Mr. Freeze.

And just like that the snow is all gone?!?

It seems Batmans Sonic Batpole also emitted a beam to cause the vibration of each snowflake, generating heat and causing them to melt.  And it's another sunny day in Gotham City.
