Horror Dragster

Tru-Bone Charger by Hot Wheels.
This is part of my horror collection.
It is an older Hot Wheels model that I got from a local antique store.
It has a chromed parts that are in the shape of bones.
It looks a bit like a Terminator.
It is a great model for either horror or sci fi drag strip.
Nice rear end.
I don't think I will be buying any more of these.
Overall it's a good car.
It is in a class with Dragula from the Munsters.
Shown here with Dracula.

Skeletons

These are from Dollar General and are similar to their Mummys only these are skeletons.  Obviously.
I think they are a reasonable set for only $1.
I am thinking I may cut off the weapons and bases and use them for archeology subjects.
Or maybe just cut off the bases.
They are about 54mm size.
Reasonable selection of ancient weapons.

Jack and His House

Jack Skellington and his house.
Another Bitty Pop model.  They are fully assembled and ready to go.
This should work for a shanty or with my horror collection.
The box and packaging are all very nice.
The legal stuff.
The Jack figure comes in his own little Pop box.

The house also is well packaged.  The pumpkins on the front are very nice.

Bits and Pieces

Johnny Lightening and Hot Wheels from my Horror Collection.  Halloween is approaching so it is time to start looking for horror stuff.  I did find a few mummy figures at Dollar General, small 54mm size.
My Roco upgrade project has picked up steam as the Kiss Kiss Club project has been winding down.  Here I am painting wheels, windshields, and tires and seats and tarps on some trucks.  The Roco 37mm anti-tank gun is getting put back together and about 2/3rds are getting mounted on bases.
Kiss Kiss Club with all the major parts put together.  The base will be replaced with a slightly larger one, there will be more palm trees and foliage, and maybe a few dancing people.
Dance floor with the dancing girl doing her fire walking routine.
Hot coals ready for the fire walking.  Actually a pile of sand.  I placed a washer over a bit of styrene plastic and poured sand into the hole.  Then dropped very liquid super glue onto the sand as I removed the washer.  Then I painted the sand using red, orange, and yellow transparent colors by Tamiya.

Horror Buildings and Cars

I have a small collection of horror related buildings, figures, and vehicles.  Including the Addams Family Haunted House.
Also the House on the Hill which is the home from the movie Psycho.  I have several others including the Michael Meyers House from the Halloween movies.
This is the famous Munster Mobile from the TV series the Munsters.
I have selected figures for the Munster family but they are not yet prepared for painting.
This Dante's Inferno Room from the movie Beetlejuice.  It has a nice balcony.  It is a Funko Pop Town building.  The figures are generic civilians.
The Munsters Grandpa vehicle, Dragula, it is a dragster.  I have seen it in real life and it is very nice looking.  The building is from Michaels, as a Halloween decoration.

James Bond in Live and Let Die has to deal with voodoo practitioners.  In Spectre James Bond chases an enemy through a Dia De Los Muertos parade.

There are also Weird War Two and similar comics, role playing games, and such that could benefit from such a collection.  I also use the tumbled down buildings as a run down portion of a big city.

New Building

The right side of the building.  I like the textures on this structure.  A whole Mexican village by this sculptor would be great.
The back of the billboard.
Left side stairs and door.
I like buildings with flat roofs or at least flat parts, more play value because you can set troops on them.
Nice signage and good detail on the cow skull.
More small spooky detail.
Large billboard.
Large billboard female.

Day of the Dead Building

In the James Bond movie Spectre, Bond is in Mexico City during the Dia De Muertos.
So it seemed natural that I should get a Lemax Spooky Town building that relates to that holiday.

Inside the box there is a very nice Styrofoam package with a rubber strap around it.
It contains a plastic bag that holds the building.
It's a plastic building and very well done.
The scale is probably about 32mm, but how big is a building and how high is a doorway?
It is very well done and unlike many of the Halloween and Christmas themed buildings it is very expertly painted.
Another nice thing is the model is lighted on the outside and is powered by batteries.
