Tim Mee and Adventure Team

Tim Mee 60mm SWAT team.
I use these gray figures as private security, as that is a common uniform for guards in California where I used to work in the security industry.
These figures are very orange, like orange fruit orange, it does not show up well in photos.
My friend Clarence sent me this police and military figures.
My wife said these guys are wearing orange because they are doing traffic control for the cops!
I also painted one of my little trucks in Adventure Team yellow.  I do GI Joe military in 12 inch figures but I do Adventure Team in 1/72nd scale.

Thundercats

A Hot Wheels car based on the Thundercats.
I never watched it.
More like a two passenger snow mobile.
The show was about hominid type super hero cats.
Sounds "meh" to me, but then I like a lot of odd TV shows, so who am I to complain?
My plan is to repaint this in yellow.
And put GI Joe Adventure Team markings on it.
Nice wide track.
Two man vehicle, probably have to sand off the old logo.
Underside.
Airfix Civilian for scale.

Submersible Round Up

Here are the giant shark submarine submersibles with the
I have not decided if  I going to paint these vessels or not.
Since each one is unique, and I can't get anymore, I am thinking of leaving them untouched for now.
I have been repainting some of the Matchbox Deep Diver submersibles.
They yellow one may eventually get an Adventure Team logo on it.

Not unlike their Sea Wolf Submarine.

Arctic Danger

The walrus is a large and often dangerous animal.
A typical walrus can be 1,000 pounds but a few have been reported as large as 5,000 pounds!
One more thing to make the work of the US Coast and Geodetic Survey hazardous.
Don't get too close!  Even that gun might not help save you.
Giant animals on the seashore.
Look at the fearsome tusks!

USCGS

United States Coast and Geodetic Survey men work in the high Arctic.
It is their job to survey the land and coasts to insure accurate maps for military and commercial purposes.
The commissioned officers are considered one of the uniformed services of the United States so they have the protection of the Geneva Conventions.
Here they are surveying a glacier near the coast.
It is cold and dangerous work.

Porsche Bottom

Porsche from the back.
Right side.
With 1/72nd scale figure.
I like the gear on the roof and in the back.
Underside view.

Porsche off road racing vehicle.
Cute little thing.
Probably get a repaint and join the Adventure Team.
Roof mounted spotlight is a nice touch.
I like it.

Command Center

GI Joe Command Center.

This is a great toy, it has lots of stuff that give quite a bit of play value.  Launch a drone.

Use the radar and the search light.

Climb the ladder to the roof.

Holds two GI Joe figures.  I will likely use this mostly with my astronauts as an extraterrestrial excursion vehicle.

GI Joe and a Statue

GI Joe in a space capsule in the woods, the air is good!

He climbs out of the capsule.

But what to do now?

He finds a statue.

What could it mean?
