I have been buying Hot Wheels Batmobiles for years now, at least ten years.
My primary purchases have been the original TV show version, I have been buying nearly every one of them that I find in the store. I have also purchased a representative sample of the other versions of the Batmobile. There was a comic book and animated TV show episode of Batman that had "Batmen of Many Nations." They were other people who emulated Batman by becoming crime fighters in their home nations. In those stories they did not have specialized vehicle.
Since Bruce Wayne is an astute businessman I think he would have franchised the Batmen of Many Nations into an organization of crime fighters who would use the American Batmobile and the Batman logos in their home nations. Bruce Wayne would conduct background checks on them and Batman himself could then train them in the ethics and procedures of his techniques of crime fighting.
As long as they maintain the Batman franchise code of ethical crime fighting standards of behavior they could continue to use the Batman name and logos and vehicle. The Batmobiles would be painted and marked with local imagery but with a Batsymbol on the sides. The cars would be leased so that they could be withdrawn if someone fails to live up to Batmans high standard. The licensing fees would be set aside to provide for pensions or compensation for those who are injured or killed in the line of duty, or for a retirement if they make it that long as masked crime fighters.
I plan on making this vast array of Batmobiles into cars for the Batmen of Many Nations. I also intend to use some as police cars that local police agencies can license to show their support for the Batman program. This is a long term project, obviously, and I don't anticipate finishing until sometime in 2024.
Here are some of my recent Batmobile purchases.
