The nice thing about this dish is it is so big I can use it in any scale.
For GI Joe it can be a large ground station of military communication or an air defense radar.
For the 60mm guys it can be for inter-planetary communication all over the solar system.
And for the little guys in 1/72nd scale it can be used for interstellar research.
It painted up pretty well I think.

TV Dish
I also washed off the old satellite TV dish.
Screwed it all down, some parts were loose.
And cleaned up the spider webs.
Then time for spray paint.
I used my old stand by, Rust-Oleum 2X Flat Gray Primer in a can.

Satellite TV Dish
Battered and dented, stripped of the electronics my neighbor was tossing out her old TV dish.
I asked if I could have it and she said yes, relieved because it did not fit in the trash can.
A quick trip to Loews home improvement store to pick up some PVC pipe followed.
The dents were hammered out, mostly.
And I went back to Loews and got the right size pipe.
And I started drilling holes and screwing it all together.
