All four sides of this model building are very well done.

I don't think I will change anything other than perhaps a window in the front.

I like the entrance particularly.

Here is it with two other similar buildings.  As you can see the size does vary.

A couple die cast vans for size comparison.

Makes a nice, but small street scene.

Got a call to come round and see about a bug.

Bit larger than the average bug.

I hope we don't have to try and take that bug into evidence.

Wheels vs Tracks

Tracks versus wheels.

These vehicles will work as just generic off road vehicles.

Explorers, surveyors, miners, and other similar types of expeditions.

These wheels are from generic die cast vehicle that was in rough shape and destined for the spares box.

The vehicle really looks different with only a wheel swap.

The old tracks are going on a US Army truck.  Nothing is wasted.
 

Snow Tracks

Matchbox vehicle with special tracks for snow.

The Army tested these decades ago and they are sold commercially.

The idea is you take your wheels off and replace them with tracks in the winter time for better snow traction.

It is expensive for what you get but for some purposes they are essential.

And in spring time you switch back to wheels.
 

Police vs Robot

A peaceful American neighborhood becomes a battleground!

Several agencies arrive and deploy.

Local police, neighboring jurisdiction, and the sheriff respond to to the officer needs help call.

Ambulance is standing by.

Two SWAT team members advance, covered by two rifle armed police.

The police helicopter keeps the giant Robot under surveillance.

The Robot stands unmoved by the display.
 

Cadillac

1975 Cadillac Eldorado.

Great big car.

Cars this big are awesome, the ride is smooth.

This is a great model, look at the grill!

Very nice hub caps.

Nice paint job.

This car will look great in my Las Vegas.

Big roomy seats.

I got a few of these, and probably won't repaint them.
 

More Police Vehicles

This is another one of the police vehicles in the Matchbox set.

It is an off road armored truck.

It has two sleeping dogs in the bed.  So it could be used to look for lost children, campers, or escaped convicts.

The set also includes this big ambulance van.

Some major police departments have special medical vans that are called out when SWAT goes to a call.  They are staffed by doctors rather than paramedics.  They are a mobile emergency room and can perform surgery at the point of injury.

These vehicles are quite large and would work well for that kind of ambulance, or for mass casualty events.
