Robot Samurai Squad Final Line-up
Robots in a field near the city at night.
Deployed in the open they seem a formidable force.
I don't have any wargame rules written for them yet.
But my plan is the should be armored like a tank and pretty fast.
My intention is they are a formidable opponent.
They would primarily be used against other giant robots, giant monsters, or superheroes.

Samauri Robot Squad
Japanese Samurai Robot Squad this time in gold with silver trim.
Rear view, I think they turned out very well.
Silver with gold trim. I tried to make two contrasting units. gold on silver and silver on gold.
The bases have a little design molded in near the edges, I lined them in with marker pen.
Just as I had a red with black trim, now I present the black with red trim.
This makes a red and black squad and a silver and gold squad, each squad has to sections. Camouflage is the reconnaissance section.

Japanese Robot Samurai Squad
Here in gloss red, with gold highlights.
| SDS Robots |
Plain robots from the rear, but painted up they are very nice, I think.
I think they look even more Japanese in the red than they do in the black.
Here are three of them painted in World War Two Japanese Army tank camouflage.
They will take part in Japanese super hero and weird war games as rather large robots in 1/72nd scale.

Samurai Robot Squad
SDC Robots, three of the different poses that I think have a Japanese style to them.
So I painted them in a Samurai style color palette. This one is supported by a rocket blast out the bottom.
This one has a chain gun with ammo feed from a backpack.
This one has a ray gun on the end of the left arm. Shown with Strelets figures.
Close up of the rocket jet figure.
Black gloss overall with gloss red highlights.
Makes a very nice robot I think.

Samurai Robot Squad
It's 1947 and the Americans have finally invaded Hokkaido.
The flamethrower men and the Samurai Robot Squad are called to the front.
They are forced to burn their own city to prevent it from falling into American hands.
Despite the new robots and the failure of the American atomic bombs two years ago, the war continues to go poorly for Japan.
It is rumored that the Americans have resolved with problems with their atomic bombs and they could be employed soon.
Even the Samurai Robot Squad won't be enough to stop them if those rumors are true.
