GI Joe Wildman

Wildman, another of the SGT Rock of Easy Company GIs.

Wildman was a college professor before the war.

Now he fights as a wild man.

His flaming red hair and beard are distinctive.

He is fearless in battle.

Great head sculpt.

GI Joe SGT Rock

GI Joe, SGT Rock series of 12 inch action figures.  This one is Little Sure Shot, an American Indian figure with a few feathers in his helmet.

The man himself, SGT Rock, of Easy Company.  He comes with a Thompson submachine gun and his signature belt of ammo.

These are very high quality figures, the uniforms and details are much better than on the regular GI Joes.  There are more pockets and things like buttons are more in scale.

SGT Rock has stripes on each shoulder and on the front of his helmet.

Now Bulldozer, the man with a machine gun.  He usually is depectied with a water cooled .30 but I gave him and air cooled one for this photos shoot.  In the GI Joe package he got an M1 rifle.

Little Sure Shot

GI Joe from the comic book SGT Rock and the Combat Happy Joes of Easy Company comes....

Little Sure Shot, the American Indian member of the company.  I was blessed to get him when they were brand new and not too expensive.

The figure is a classic GI Joe body but with a new head sculpt to look like the comic book figure.

The plastic is a distinctive red skin tone.  The uniform is very good, highly detailed, more than usual for a standard GI Joe.  Boots are very WWII looking, brown with leggings molded on them.  He also comes with an American flag armband worn by US troops in Operation Torch, the invasion of North Africa.

The figure also comes with his signature three red tipped white feathers.  I taped them to the back of the helmet, there is no way to attach them.  I may have to re-position the helmet strap from under the chin to the rear of the helmet to hold them in place.  He comes with a very nice M1 rifle.
