Bunker Building
The Bunker is progressing well. There is a bump out on the north east corner and the beam has been placed across it to support the floor.
Roof components were constructed off site and were delivered for installation.
Bunker walls are eight inches thick and nine feet high.
This is a walk out basement, meaning one end is at ground level and the rest is dug into the hillside. This is the east end of the wargame room, note all the windows for excellent lighting.
1-to-1 scale MRS Bunkermeister checks out the large center window and provides some context for the size of the new home of Bunker Talk.

That's coming along nicely.
I love the idea of a walk-out basement. Haven't seen one of them in DECADES.
Very cool.
Carry on.
The original plan was for two stories but it was cheaper for a walkout basement, so I went with that. I like it better anyway.
