HALO
This is a HALO alien.
It is riding a small flying vehicle.
This is a pop up remote gun.
It reminds me of the ones from Alien!
These are the HALO items grouped together with a few other accessories. They include the HALO landing pod.

HALO
These troops with the round base are from HALO, the ones in the back are 1/72nd scale.
This little quad runner is great.
I have enjoyed the dune buggy with a machine gun in the back since Hellfighters, with John Wayne in 1968.
They come in the same package, and are a great recon team.
Patrolling a blue desert planet.

HALO Micro Ops
HALO is now available in miniature.
There are several sizes of model, all in a constant scale.
They claim to be 15m but I think they are really about 1/72nd scale, at least the figures are that size.
I got most of the small and medium ones.
There is a lot of play value with these items, they have moving parts and figures.

Bridge
Christmas Bridge from Dollar Tree.
It's a foot bridge, it should work for 15mm to about 28mm figures.
Here a 1/72nd scale Revell figure fires his Thompson from the bridge.
A nice little scene with street lights, plants, bridge and gazebo from Dollar Tree. Only a dollar for a fully painted bridge or building. Most require at least some touch up paint or even a complete reapainting but with the raised detail they are easy to paint over.

Gazebo
Dollar Tree Christmas gazebo.
Shown here with a soft plastic figure.
It's a nice addition to any park or town square.
They would also look good in a mansion or chateau.
Shown here with some of the little potted plants from the same series.

Potted Plants
More Christmas accessories.
These are potted plants that look great in any city for the last couple thousand years.
Looks good with a slush cast car and 1/72nd scale figure.

Lights
Cobblestone Corners streetlights from the Dollar Tree store.
Shown with a 1/76th scale figure from Matchbox.
Here they are with the other lights from the set with the bench.
These are a decoration only, not a toy. You may use them to decorate your wargame table, but you cannot play with them, apparently.

Bench and Lights
It's Christmas building time at Dollar Tree.
The two light fixtures come with this bench.
The lights will work for any size from 15mm to 28mm and the bench will work with 28mm.
The light compared to the FOV lights, they are big, but I am okay with that.
Heres the back of all the packaging.

Rocket Launcher
The Zvezda Katyusha rocket launcher in 15mm looks great on the body of an HO Roco truck.
It's a simple kit, and includes a little truck.
It only has one set of rockets so I am using the rockets from two kits to make up one launcher model.
I also used the fenders and other bits from the kit to modify the truck so it looks more Soviet.
It all looks pretty good, I think.

Rocket Launcher
My HO collection needed some Soviet rocket launchers.
So I took a ratty old Roco duece and a half truck and put this new bed on it.
I had to use several different types of Evergreen plastics.
I will use these parts with some from a Zvezda model to make a rocket launcher.
The Katyusha rocket launcher from Zvezda is 15mm but the launcher looks really big and so I am putting it on the Roco HO truck.

Soviet Star
A recent visit to Dollar Tree showed this pair of nice looking stars.
They are only 50 cents each!
That style of five pointed star is reminicent of those used by the old Soviet Union.
A star like this could be in the square of a Soviet city, or on the roof of a major political building. Note the Soviet paratrooper in 1/72nd scale here, nice size.
