James Bond OHMSS

These are figures by Airfix and Atlantic that have had minor conversion work performed on them as well as a few cheapo civilian figures.
As part of my "Spies" project I am making some snow related figures inspired by the James Bond movie On Her Majesty's Secret Service.  It is not my intention to make them identical to the bad guys from the movie since I want to use them in several scenarios but they will look similar when completed.  Here they have been primed in white primer.
In that movie and several others James Bond is often being chased by villains and henchmen through the snow using various modes of transportation.  Here I am doing figures on foot, on skis and riding snowmobiles.
This figure will be painted as James Bond.  He is a cheapo civilian figure and I have added skis from Airfix WWII German Mountain Troops and I made ski poles out of wire and sheet plastic, then glued them all to a base.  Helpful hint for those who have Airfix WWII German Mountain Troops on skis, glue them to a heavy, rigid, thick plastic base and you will have far fewer problems with the troops falling off their skis.
The Atlantic snowmobile riders have had heads swapped from Airfix German Mountain Troops.
Several of the figures like the one in the center of the photo are from the Airfix WWII German Infantry and had their heads swapped with the German Mountain Troops to get these guys in the feldmutze caps.  The Mountain Troops got the German Helmets and are being repurposed as WWII German Engineers.  A couple of the German Infantry were also mounted on skis, by cutting off their feet, making a peg out of their legs and inserting the peg into the foot molded onto the ski.  They were then glued onto a thick rigid base.
