The front line has a pretty good amount of firepower, grenades, machine guns.
Even a flamethrower.
Most of the men have good cover.
And while there has been little time for camouflage, the natural vegetation is good.
Many of the troops have the new M14 with a larger magazine than the M1.
They are backed up by a lot of artillery.
