Roco HO scale 1/87 water trailer.
I remember these when I was in the Army.
That little box on the front was a couple faucets.
You opened the lid to expose the faucet and could wash your face and hands or fill your canteen.
Refill the trailer from the top.
Drinking water is important.
Roco usually packaged it with the field kitchen.
