Wespe makes very high quality resin kits in Romania. I have purchased several of their models and they have tremendous details. They include many small parts and their models can be a bit fragile for wargaming pieces. They make a huge range of models, many no one else makes in HO 1/87th scale. Despite the large number of little parts they are not difficult to build, but they do require some time to put together. They are also expensive, but a good value for the detail and the unique subjects. They are also nice folks too.
