I like that these troops are skinny guys.

The prone ammo man is not useful for the crouching machine gunner!

These will work for many US equipped troops from the 1960s and 1970s.

They fit in nicely with the old Esci NVA troops.

Trash Bin Truck

Not the most exciting vehicle in my collection.

But someone has to pick up the trash.

It's a nice little model truck with dumpster.

Trucks like this are common in cities.

They are often used to move dumpsters from the rear of a building to the front so the large trash collection truck and empty them.

This is a good model and best of all...

The dumpster is removable.

Heck, I would have bought it just for that.

These are all over the place in the city.

 It's a useful model.

Boom Truck

Like the cement mixer from yesterday this is another dollar store conversion.

It languished in my collection for years before being fully assembled and painted.

Now it's ready for work.

These boom tow trucks are really small cranes and can perform a lot of different work.

They are very useful in recovery operations and maintenance too.

Fit very easily onto the Roco body.

And the booms move.

Shown here with the cement truck that still needs its OD paint.
