Toon Town Mock Up Revealed

I did this temporary mock up of Toon Town outside on my patio table.

The base is a vinyl roll up cobblestone mat sold at Michael's every Christmas to display Christmas buildings.  I got a photo of the Toon Town backdrop and printed it out over three pages to make the backdrop.

The backdrop was taped to a piece of wood that I use to paint on.  I held it up with a pair of book ends.

Here you can see the backdrop is taped to the wooden panel.

And the backdrop works pretty well, I think.
