No arms, no legs.
Just junk.
I have heard that they put fillers in the plastic that causes the figures to go brittle.
But they only put the fillers in sometimes.
So two sets stored side by side might have one go brittle and one be fine.
Nothing left to salvage.
No more Wagon Train or High Chaparral in my collection.

Looks like a wagon train massacre!
There is a War Gamer in Spain that purposely cuts soft plastic figures apart and glues them back together. He creates different poses. They can be salvaged.

Unknown, I also do figure conversions. The problem with these is they become very hard and very brittle. They can't be glued, and just handling them they crumble to pieces.
