Roco Water Truck

Water trucks were important to insure the troops have fresh, clean water to drink.
Good water is not always available in the field.
Illness often kills more troops than the enemy.

Yes, B, many people do use them as fuel trucks.
Close enough for wargaming.
I typically replace the rear end with a cheapo fuel truck from the dollar store.
