Roco Minitanks 2 1/2 ton dump truck, Z- 147.
These models seem to suffer from a problem with the bed, it does not want to lay down flat on it's own.
The US Army uses these as dump trucks, but also as cargo trucks, and troop carrier trucks.
Roco made all of their 2 1/2 ton trucks with this cab with the rounded fender, and with an angular fender.
The rounded fender is the older of the two, the round was WWII era.
These castings are about 50+ years old.
Nice undercarriage too.
