An underground boring machine from Jakks, based on the Incredibles 2 movie.
I did not see the movie, so I can't speak to that connection. I also never heard of the maker, Jakks.
The design is good, a screw at both ends and tracks along the sides to push the vehicle along.
It comes pre-weathered.
The device is rather small, I use it as a two man vehicle.
It is rather generic so it could work from about the American Civil War to the near future.
