This Hot Wheels car is called the Sting Rod.
It's an interesting vehicle.
This is sort of a rocket launching dune buggy.
It has rockets on top, on the side inside the door, and alongside the frame.
I think the rockets alongside the frame might not wear well on a gravel road.

I'd be more worried about the green ones beneath the doors - when they get launched that'll be both wheels on that side gone! ;)
I am thinking maybe those are in the transport position. When it's time to fire perhaps the rear wheels are covered, or the rockets pop out away from the vehicle sides. Maybe they are just reloads for the upper missile rack.
