Atomic Testing

The headquarters stands by for the shot to take place. The Air Force liason officer in the background points in the direction of the blast.

Even in nuclear war, the paperwork will still continue. So typewriters go into the field with the Pentomic Army.

Medical teams are busy, even when it is peacetime. Troops crash cars, fall into holes, get heat stroke, and even have heart attacks. The military is dangerous business, even when there is no war on.

Two man pup tents, rifles stacked in front, headquarters tents, all in place for the test firing of the Atomic Annie.

The event they all came here to see, the atomic blast!
Cry havoc, and unlease the dogs of atomic war!

The suspense was killing me.

Congratulations on a successful test.

I understand the casinos in Vegas felt the tremor.

Me too.

The electro-magnetic pulse was so bad my TV only got black and white pictures for another eight years.
