Lion Head

Lion Head / Monarch was an oil company that was active in the Western United States, headquartered in Los Angeles, CA.

This is a remarked Hot Wheels car.

They are doing a series of oil company vehicles.

These are about $5 each, but you pay for a wonderful vehicle with lots of little details.

Signage on the side is awesome.

Great little mark on the back.  I looked this up and these are authentic period markings.

The real vehicle seems to have been made for Texaco oil.

And they only made a few, but perhaps one went to this oil company!
