The Army Men are not sure if this is a threat or not but it's certainly not a natural phenomenon.
Back at the artillery the Militia are taking no chances and are preparing the guns so they can fire at a moments notice.
Suddenly, the end of the cylinder unscrews and falls the the ground, the crowd is frozen in shock!
Observing through their glasses the artillerymen prepare to fire!
The crowd staggers back, relieved that no one was under the heavy hatch that fell to the ground.
On the many rooftops crowed with observers they people in town gasp at the developments.
Some of the men have the presence of mind to ready their rifles.
