A Tootsie Toy Army truck. Nice truck, but no wheels.
Despite looking all over the spares box I could not find anything better for wheels than these buttons.
I used a bit of sprue to make axles and sheet styrene to make supports for the axles. I attached them with epoxy.
Front wheels and supports and axles.
Rear wheels and supports and axles.
