Space Men
I like that these figures have many obvious weapons in them.
That means men can go into space and continue the wars fought here on Earth.
They can also go into space and fight dinosaurs, giant bugs, and arachnids.
They can also fight other humanoid type aliens.
Or these guys could be the humanoid aliens attacking Earth!
So spacemen have a lot of play value.
Spacemen can have lots of adventures.
And this is a good set.
It even has a cool robot.
The full team, Marx figures, recasts, about 60mm+.

Space Helmets
Several years ago at the Westcoaster Toy Soldier Show, I picked up some Marx recast spacemen, without helmets.
Recently James Wozinak from Classic Recasts made some available at a reasonable price.
It's hard to tell in the photos but they make a great difference in the figures.
I like them a lot.
This guy looks like he is vacuuming the Venusian blinds.
Still, it is an interesting figure.

Three Rocks
The story of the three rocks continues as their men go off to war.
This time it's a war to end all wars.
Men who should be at home go overseas to fight a war.
They march away, many who will never return.
My temporary photo studio. A trashcan with a board on top. A camouflage piece of cloth, and a textured roadway on top of that. A piece of sky walpaper behind it. I can spin the trashcan around to get a better angle or view. It's next to a window for good lighting.

The Bunker
Work continues on the bunker for the Bunkermeister Collection.
Already being tried on for size!
The walk out basement has been dug out.
The view from the basement window, to the left.
The view straight ahead.
The view to the right. I will have plenty of space to store the collection and plenty of places to set up troops and take picture. It's not projected to be finished until late in 2018 and I don't anticipate being up and running, and unpacked until well into 2019.
Welcome to my friends in Ireland!

War Machines Die
The Martian War Machines devastated the Earth.
But soon they began to slow down, and fall.
They crashed down without any intervention by the soldiers.
God in his infinite wisdom and mercy had saved men by the actions of the littlest creatures on this Earth.
And mankind was saved!

Martian Attack
The Martian War Machines seemed immune to everything the troops could throw at them.
The moved forward slowly, but relentlessly.
Three of them fired at all the troops, tanks, and APCs.
Burning up the vehicles and vaporizing the troops!
It was the rout of humanity!

Force Fields, Heat Rays, and Anti-Meson Beams
The Martians move slowly.
But their machines are unstoppable.
The troops fire at them but the bullets and shells just bounce right off.
The heat ray burns everything.
With the anit-meson beam they just cease to exist.

Fire
Martian minds, vast and cool and unsympathetic....
prepared to fire...
Fire!
The heat ray lashed out.
The troops fired at the same time.

War Machines
The first Martian war machine peeked over the rim of the crater.
Then another, and another.
The troops waited below.
The ray moved towards them.
It stopped moving....
