First two done!
I did wash the windshields, it's annoying to have a big fingerprint on the inside after the model is put together.
Hulls ready for reassembly.
Finishing touches being done.
Side has been painted with a gloss clear finish. I have decals that need to be added later, but my printer won't print decals. So I gotta buy a new printer soon.

Starship Troopers Aero Pod
This is the Hot Wheels Aero Pod.
It was marketed as a number of different vehicles, first as a off road race support vehicle.
I took these apart and stripped off the paint, and then repainted the parts.
Windshields, all in yellow except one orange; orange will be the command vehicle.
Overall all gray for my Starship Troopers painted green seats, black spare tires, and rusty exhaust pipes.
Upper and lower hulls, lowers are metal.
Put together and I had to black wash the vents and paint the headlights.
Looks like a very futuristic vehicle, I think. Aero Pod is the name given this vehicle by Hot Wheels, it is a fictional vehicle.

Big Old Batmobile
The big Batmobile from the 1940s.
Use the rudder to turn left.
The roof wing is sort of rubber and a little floppy.
Still a great model car.
I wondered if I could use if for 1/72nd scale?
Putting a 1/72nd scale Batman figure next to it the car does not look that big. My intention is to say that is was a large, heavy armored car that required a big engine. That's why it is as large as a big truck, built on a truck chassis.
So that gives it some plausibility.
They look great together.

Batman Retro
This is the 1940s Batmobile.
It's a very cool looking car.
But it's 1/43rd scale.
So on first glance it seems too big for 1/72nd scale.
But it's so cool.
