The Army

Fuel trailer hidden in the trees.  A modern mechanized army moves on oil products.  Note the US Army in Infantry green, and the modern pneumatic tires on the truck from the Great War.
Chemical Corps truck with cobalt blue markings.
Field kitchen, the troops gotta eat.
Quartermaster Corps markings in buff.
The Army is deploying nicely.

An impressive logistical 'tail' there! One can never have too much of that.

Syl the figures are 1/72nd scale from Strelets, the vehicles are a mixture of 90 year old slush cast toys from Barclay, and Manoil. I get them on eBay in poor condition for about $10. Some are repainted Hot Wheels.

Thanks Archduke. I am in the process of adding to this army and hope to have some significant work done over the next year.
