Hot Wheels Loopster.
It's an amusement park ride car.
I have been considering an amusement park.
The Loopster comes in two versions one has a row of passengers with arms up.
The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms. Note the roller coaster car on the right of the photo.
These fit pretty well on railroad track.
It fits tight on the track so they can even go up hill.

I love this flick. One of Ray Harryhausen's best (imho).
(and there is a young Lee Van Cleef as the sharpshooter).
Coney Island has never been the same.
