Jungle Mist


Not long before America was involved in WWII the US Army sent an expedition to the South Pacific.

They were to try and recover an object that crashed to Earth and was thought to be a comet or meteor.


That eminent scientist Dr. Hendersson from California was leading the group. This photo shows him in the pit where the remains of the comet were found.


As water was seeping into the hole, the comet began to emit a gas, seen here around the feet of the good doctor.



It took only seconds for the pit to fill with strange, choking mist, several of the solders could see the doctor was in trouble....

60mm has always been by favorite scale and the ring hand figures my favorite type of figure.
