The crews have to be fast to maintain a high rate of fire.
If artillery is not timely, then the enemy can get away.
Artillery crews have to practice to be up to practice on their skills.
Training is filmed. The film can be used for make an analysis of the shooting. Time motion studies to insure the efficient use of motion to fire the guns.
