Before I continue with the Red Box figures, I wanted to show more progress on the US Navy ram. I am putting a search light on the rear deck.
Those of you with Roco in your collection will recognize the old SWS halftrack I/R searchlight, remounted on a square pedestal for shipboard use. Naturally, this will be white light.
The searchlight will be mounted on a small superstructure to give a little more height off the deck.
I am building up the box and the railing, I still need to do the ladder and hand railings.
The HaT colonial sailor here for size. The light will have a crew of one or two of these guys.
