WWII Conversions

Master Modeller Jaques Cavalcanti has made a few conversions to create early WWII US Army figures, as I indicated I was looking for in a previous post.

A US Army soldier with an Imperial Japanese soldier, by Jaques.

A pair of US Army soldiers for the Philippine Campaign.

Two Imex Korean War soldiers converted to fire a .30 caliber machine gun against the Japanese Army.

The US Army used the M1917 .45 ACP revolver when they realized that Colt would not be able to make enough M1911 pistols. They were very strong, and reliable. Smith & Wesson still makes this great firearm.

The US Army has used the pump action shotgun for over 100 years. They are great for the close in work of the jungle and trenches.

Thanks Jaques for some wonderful figures!
