Decades ago, Lido made these WWII US Army troops, in about 60mm size.
Over the years many companies have sold them, some owned the mold and some purchased wholesale lots and resold them under their own name.
Strombecker sold them in tan plastic.
Tootsietoy sold them for a while.
Some cereal company included them as prizes in the box, or so I have been told.
