Did the Joker and the other villains have their own vehicles?
The Joker had his own vehicle in the surfing episode. It was modified from a vehicle that had been in an Elvis movie.
Catwoman, Ertha Kitt had a vehicle with cat tail and ears that had made an appearance in a Star Trek episode.
