The Atomic Testing Base has a murder victim. He is carried into the medical facility where the doctors will conduct an autopsy. Two soldiers were detailed as an honor guard and to protect the body.
Three CID Criminal Investigation Division men are here to watch the autopsy and oversee the chain of evidence. The FBI agents handed off the investigation when they decided it was a simple local matter.
The litter bearers leave the body of the dead soldier at the medical facility.
The CID men will watch the autopsy to observe and control any evidence that is discovered.
Everyone is in place. The autopsy begins.
