Today is a mystery man. What is this figure? Who made it? When was he made?
He is metal, about 54mm, painted, and could be a police officer, soldier, or mailman. At first glance it appears to be a bicycle, but it could be a motorized bicycle. Please comment in the Comments if you have an idea about it. Photos are from a lady in the UK.
