Moving & Stopping
The man in front is in charge of propulsion. The second man navigates. He is a military scientist.
Helmets pose unique problems in very cold weather, they won't allow snow to accumulate, but can be so cold that a bare hand touching them can freeze to the metal.
The last man is responsible for making sure everyone keeps together.
Without his keen eye, a man could get lost in the constant whiteness.
The team stops.
