These are the Revell WWII German Naval figures. I used their sailor heads for other figures.
These guys have had their heads replaced with some of the extra heads from the HaT Bicycle and Horse Cavalry sets.
Using this punch I make a hole in the neck.
I then drill out the hole to make it deeper and more uniform.
This Napoleonic French soldier has also been converted to a WWII German.
