Disney sells a monorail set that is about 1/72nd scale. They also sell separate figures, also in about 1/72nd scale.

Having apparently copyrighted "SEAL Team 6", Disney are not on my popular list right now.
Others have tried to copyright that and were denied. I hope Disney is too.
