This is the standard hard plastic 1/72nd scale Esci mortar crew figure from their Afrika Korps set on the left and the two handed mortar bombs variation on the right.

Note the arm down variation on the man on the right.

This is the ammo box on the base variation.

This one is the sub machine gun rather than mortar bomb version.

The seldom seen in North Africa tossing a life ring variation.

Sounds funny, but camels are sometimes called Wüstenschiff (Desert-Ship) in german. So the life-ring is all right :)
