Black Mail

He is wearing plate armor that is magenta but he is called, Black Mail.
He is a robot super villain that works for the Germans in WWII.
Iron Ace is his primary opponent.
Super Toy Soldier Collector Billy Hill gave him and host of other figures to me.  Thank you BH!
Iron Ace faces off against Black Mail
Also Rubberman.
Rubberman, Black Mail and Iron Ace together.
Along with an Airfix US Army WWII military police officer for scale.
Part of my small but growing super hero collection.  Mostly I do super heroes and villains from the late 1930's until about 1980, but mainly WWII and Batman 66 related.  Many of them like these three are largely forgotten today.

Rubberman

Rubberman is a WWII German who has had an accident that makes him stretchy.
Not unlike the abilities of Mr. Fantastic from the Fantastic Four.
This is a figure from the spares box, and I added a sword from Caesar Miniatures.
I repainted this guy to match Rubbermans costume.
Interesting and distinctive figure.
Iron Ace who was painted a blue metallic with a gold wash.
Painted purple.

Iron Ace

Iron Ace is a comic book hero who as a British pilot gets shot down in WWII and rescued by a Frenchman.
He eventually dons the armor of Charlemagne when the Germans search the castle.
He has magic armor and a magic airplane that is given to him by the Frenchman.
Actually the magic is some kind of technology that makes them impenetrable.
This is a Caesar Miniatures European Knight with a head swap from another European Knight, mounted on a new base.

M46 Tank

More work on the little trucks but also on a Heiser Models M46 that I got from Fidelis Models.
https://fidelismodels.com/blogs/hobby-advice/heiser-models-m46-patton-tank-resin-model
It is a great model and easy to put together.
Painted and unpainted.  It was an interim tank design, basically an M26 turret with an M47 hull and engine.
They were used in the Korean War by the US Army.

Work on the little Christmas trucks continues.

Christmas Trucks

Over the last few years I gathered a bunch of these little Christmas trucks from Hobby Lobby.  They have a hole in the roof that held a loop so it could be hung from the Christmas tree.  The bed had a Christmas tree glued to the back and there is an air hole in the tail gate of these hollow trucks.  They were covered in glitter paint.  I hate glitter.
I have been filling the holes on the roof of most of them and the tailgate hole on all of them.  The roof hole gets filled with a plastic disk and super glue and then sanded down.  It's a very thin resin model.
Some of them are rather wonky, I think the paint remover caused sag on them.
This truck has a ring around the roof, and I have left it alone.  A couple of these trucks will be Army trucks with a machine gun in the roof and this one, I built out the truck bed.
Some will become police trucks, others US Army and US Navy and a few civilian trucks.

Giant Ants

It's a very giant bee / ant in 1/72nd scale.
Here is a giant ant to attend the queen.
In their lair.
Burn it, burn everything!
Whooosh!
Flames engulf the giant queens!
Good job troops!

Giant Bee

I got this giant bug from the dollar store.
It's a giant bee.
Bottom side of the bee.
It seems oddly painted, more green and yellow than the usual black and yellow.
It is an okay bee, but I don't plan on using it as a bee anyway.
I hope to use it as a queen ant.
It will need a repaint.

Gelatin Mobile

Dessert Drifter from Hot Wheels.
New car just added to the collection.
Sideways card back.
It is supposed to represent a jello type dessert with whipped cream on top.
I think.
I don't think I will use it for that.

I have other plans.  It's going to get a slight repaint so that it looks like a fried egg.  And then it will become the Eggheadmobile for the Batman Villain.

Shown here with a 1/72nd scale figure.
