Lights in the Sky
The local Luftwaffe defense battalion swept the skies with their radar and saw no Soviet planes.
So they switched on their searchlights and give a small show in honor of the Tiger company.
Lighting up the area with a single massive searchlight.
The searchlight are designed for use in the air, but when pointed on the ground, they turn night into day.
Then, suddenly a light goes off in the sky.
Too bright to be a flare. And the Luftwaffe says there is no aircraft on radar that could have dropped on.
