Bone Scorpion
Halloween is a good time for cheapo horror sci fi stuff.
Giant bone scorpion.
Hollowed out.
Plastic has been given a black wash and looks pretty good, I think.
It is more convincing for large fantasy creatures as the bones support the weight, although any animated skeleton has nothing to do with nature! it is about magic!

It works only in fantasy scenes (scorpions have an exoskeleton made of chitin, fluorescence in U.V. light) ;)

Quantrilltoy perhaps it is a exoskeleton that looks like bones?
