Imex officer on the right has had his head swapped with the HaT Polish officer. I intend to use these guys as Eastern European allies of the Germans.
With Polish helmets the WWII Germans don't look at all like Germans.
I added an MP40 to the prone guy from the Imex dead German figure.
The panzerfaust guy looks like he was made with that helmet.
All together they make a nice small squad.

Simple head swaps with figures that are glueable can be done in a few minutes.
