Barclay combat car. These were tanks before WWII. The toy has wheels, the real ones had only tracks.
Despite the odd wheels, the vehicle is pretty cool.
Special heavily armed armored car. 
Another nice model, great for pulp wargaming.

Pulp wargaming is right. I can just see these trying to knock King Kong off the side of the Empire State building, or fighting the Martian tripods.
