Model toys like this were made just after the First World War up until about the 1970's. This looks like one of those Combat Cars of the late 1930's.

Yeah the wheels look like urinal cakes
I am considering wheel replacement in some cases, spoked wheels would be better for this era.
Maybe use these for GI Joe uninal cakes in Provos Privy.

Thanks for reading. They are made by Barclay, I think. I got them used. Barclay made similar products in the 1920s until after World War II.
