Race car by Hot Wheels.

Hot Wheels has released at least a dozen variations on this car.

It is part of my Formula 1 racing series.

It's a very good model but sadly no driver.

My plan is to add drivers to most of them.

I also intend to repaint the majority of them.

Race cars often function in teams and so often have the same paint schemes as those on the same team.

I will also need to add numbers.

Here are all my red ones.

So, maybe keep three or four in red and paint the others.
 

Morgan Super 3

The Morgan Super 3 is a roadster made in the UK with a Mazada engine.

It is sold in the US and UK and other places.

They started making them in 2022.

It holds two passengers.

They seem to be kind of peg warmers from what I have seen.  It's a strange little vehicle I think.

I only got one, they come in salmon and gold colors too.

 

Electrical Truck

I have been building my city services a lot recently.

This electrical service truck is one example.

This is the only one of these I have ever seen, it's Matchbox and should not be that rare.

It's a nice big truck and will help keep the lights on in my miniature city.

So I have been getting police, fire, ambulance, life guard, security, trash and now electrical service vehicles for the last couple years.

Still nothing for the gas company, but I do have a few phone company vehicles.

This is a great truck model and would do well with a few extra paint touch ups.
 

Dumpster Diving

It may not seem like much but trash collection is a big deal.

Having a place for all the trash to go keeps a city clean and cuts down on fires and disease.

So having trash dumpsters and trash trucks is essential.

This Dollar Tree set is very common has been out for a long time and is still in stores.

I have been picking up one here and one there for a while now.  At the price the dumpsters alone are worth that much.
 

Racing Van

Hot Wheels racing van.

This is a support vehicle for a racing team.

Race cars require a large number of people to support them.

They have to move from hotels to the track and even around the track area.

Vans like this are used to do that.

I have several versions of this van in different paint jobs and some that I have repainted.

This one will stay like this to support one of my racing car teams.

Others will be repainted for use by various organizations.

It's a nice model, well painted and has nice wheels.

Police Taxi

 A new Matchbox car.

It started life as a police car.

The push bumper attests to that.

But now it is a taxi.

I plan on removing the tampos.  Tampos are the painted on markings.

And add decals.

To make it into a private security car.

I think it will be a fun conversion.

I used to work for a security company that used yellow cars, but more of a bright yellow / green.

This will do.
 

Alice Mobile

I used to live very close to Disneyland.  This is a Alice in Wonderland car.

Hot Wheels often partners with other companies to make cars that represent that brand.

Here is the legal stuff.

I think this is both a great looking car...

And an excellent representation of Alice in Wonderland.

I am gradually building a Disneyland, based on the real thing in Anaheim, California...

But also on my memories of what it was like in olden times.

 I am also including certain elements that were not actually there in real life.

To make my Disneyland have more play value for miniature games.

Disneyland used to have a parade a couple times a day and this is the sort of thing you might see in the parade.

So it seemed a good car to pick up.
