Tim Mee Red Truck

60 years ago Tim Mee made an awesome US 2 1/2 ton truck toy.

The mold disappears and they were going for as much as $50 for one in mint condition.

But Tim Mee made a new mold and makes that truck again, in green, tan, blue, gray, and red.

I got about two dozen in the green, a combination of old and new, and I got a few in blue and gray and tan.  But I just picked up a pair of their red one.  Some people use red ones along with the red plastic Soviet troops, as Army Men are often defined by their plastic color rather than their actual uniforms and weapons.

I got the red to use as fire trucks, emergency vehicles or special test range vehicles for US Army testing of rockets, or missiles or new tanks.  It is nearly identical to the old ones, and a fantastic toy.
