Painting in the Cold

Using primer on a cold day to primer some coast defense artillery.
They turned out pretty well after I repaired the broken wheel crank handles and the damaged personnel railings.
Looks good!
HaT WWI French 75mm gun, prepared for assembly, with a sheet styrene base.
Icicles on the door overhang into the basement.  It was really cold.  I keep the models and paint inside while I place the models on the tray to paint them.  I shake up the can of paint and hurry everything outside.  I paint quickly and then take the items back inside right away.  This way the cold does not cause any noticeable problems for the painting.
